For now, all commissions are for personal use only, commercial distribution is NOT authorized.

I might decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable or it's beyond my abilities.

The estimated commission time is from 2 weeks to 1 month. It depends on my workload, the type of commission and the complexity. In case of any inconvenience, I would be informing you as soon as possible.

Time depends on your turn in the queue, I will be notifying you when it is your turn (when the order is placed, the estimated delivery time starts to be counted).

You can see your your turn and track your commission at Trello.

You will be updated with progress in the rough drawing, sketch and commission rendering (WIP) phases. Limited changes and corrections can be made in each of the phases (3).

Errors on my part, such as in the sketching and rendering phase, will be corrected free of charge. But it will not apply if the error has been caused by unclear references. Be sure to provide complete references of your character.

I don't accept changes in body structure, pose, perspective, etc. After the coloring or texture in case of sketches has begun.

For more than 50% of the rendering, previews will only be provided if they are requested to me.

The final commission will be delivered via email.

The payment at the beginning of each commission will be 100%.

The price may increase due to the complexity of the commission and if the number of changes allowed is exceeded.

Please DO NOT make the payment until it is your turn.

For customers in Mexico bank transfers are accepted.

Internationally it will be received via Paypal and the payment is made via invoice after both parties agree to the terms of the commission.

Once the commission starts there are NO refunds or cancellations, so please keep this in mind before requesting.

I am open to come to an agreement on the commission present if any situation arises.

If for some reason I personally cannot finish your commission, I will refund 100%.

As an artist, I own all copyrights to my work, you shall not claim the art as yours. You may upload the final piece to your social networks with appropriate credits.

You are not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned pieces, neither for resale for profit.

You are not allowed to use the product in any technology related to powering artificial intelligences (AI) or blockchain, including NFT, cryptocurrencies or future inventions.

If you do so, you will be immediately blacklisted.

As for the WIPs, they will be published on my profile as self-promotion, in case you do not wish a previous publication, please let me know in advance.

I can publish the final commissioned work on my social networks as part of my portfolio or for advertising purposes (examples of commissions). You may request that it be kept private or uploaded at a later date. Please let me know in your commission request.
